Incentives granted

bySmart Tunisia program:

One focal point with the other government agencies to help investors grow their activities in Tunisia and beyond

Support for the cost of trainings of up to 5000 TND for every new hire

A recruitment allowance for the first seven consecutive years with a celling of 700 TND per year for every new hire

Covers the cost of certificates when needed

Include the incumbent in the national and international events organized with or paid by Smart Tunisia (exposure)

Set up a dedicated
“One Focal Point” for offshoring players

Design and implement the delivery and customer service process with major public agencies and ministers

Set up a customer service center to address customers assistance requests and claims

Conditions of eligibility

Investors wishing to join the project "Smart Tunisia" must fulfill two conditions: the first is linked to the field of activity and the second to the minimum number of additional jobs to create over a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of signature of the convention. The following table details these conditions:
