Conditions of eligibility

 

Investors wishing to join the project "Smart Tunisia" must fulfill two conditions: the first is linked to the field of activity and the second to the minimum number of additional jobs to create over a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of signature of the convention. The following table details these conditions:

Membership process: granting of benefits :

Prospective members should follow the instructions provided below :

Completely fill out the Membership Application and send it to the following address: smart.tunisia@tunisia.gov.tn ; attaching the  following documents:

  • Business plan
  • Presentation of the company

Verification and pre-validation of the application by «Smart Tunisia» team

Validation of the application by «Smart Tunisia» Steering Committee

Decision to grant the benefits by the Minister of communication technologies and digital economy

 

Signature of the 
agreement between the company and Smart Tunisia defining the commitments of each party:

  • details of the recruitment plan
  • benefit granted

 

A report of achievements in accordance with the agreement’s commitments should be submitted to release the benefits.

This report shall include the required supporting documents (list of documents according the benefit granted)
